Steven has been Director of Intelligence at Sigma7 Intelligence Fusion since February 2024. He is an Intelligence Professional who brings a wealth of experience from the corporate intelligence sector and the UK intelligence community.
Steven joined Sigma7, having spent five years leading complex projects in support of corporate and private equity clients operating around the world across a range of sectors, including energy, commodities, pharmaceuticals, banking, and IT. He previously spent eight years working in intelligence and foreign policy for the British government and led teams in the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the Cabinet Office with a focus on the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Steven holds a BA in History from the University of Stirling, an MA in History from the University of Glasgow, and a further qualification from Kings College London.
Steven’s experience in working with clients to help identify and understand their intelligence requirements means he is strongly placed to lead the Intelligence Fundamentals training.
Colin is a highly experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and a broad academic foundation. Prior to joining the Sigma7 group, he was the COO at Risk and Strategic Management Corp (RSM).
Colin’s history of holding VP and SVP positions at some of the world’s largest private security and risk management firms, including GardaWorld and Control Risks, demonstrates an impressive and successful track record within multinational companies.
He has over 30 years of experience in leading resilience engagements in both the Government and Private sectors, with extensive experience gained in the construction and execution of resilience strategies.
